Frequently asked questions

Which currencies does Sarif24 support?

Sarif24 works with US Dollar (USD), Kenyan Shilling (KES), Chinese Yuan (RMB) and UAE Dirham (AED), with separate accounts and wallets for each.

How does Sarif24 calculate profit?

For every exchange you enter the customer rate, your cost rate and any fee. Sarif24 calculates the exchanged amount, the supplier amount and the profit on that transaction, and adds it to your profit reports.

Can I reverse a wrong transaction?

Yes. Exchanges and expenses can be reversed, and the reversal is recorded so your statements stay correct and traceable.

Can I send receipts to customers?

Yes. Exchange documents can be sent to the customer as a PDF on WhatsApp.
